Due to industrial Strike action ongoing within Royal Mail right now - alongside it currently being the very busy festive period - there have been massive delays and disruptions to their postal services. This, of course, has a knock-on effect for customer order dispatch and arrival times.

Customers, please be mindful of this. The Scottish Owl Shop is doing its best to work around the planned Strike days and get orders posted out as soon as we possibly can. Tracking is an additional service offered by Royal Mail and accrues additional fees. Please bear this in mind when placing your orders. For now, in light of the disruptions with Royal Mail, we will be utilising Royal Mail's ‘Tracked 24’ or ‘Tracked 48’ services wherever possible. If you wish to have a tracking number associated with your delivery, please select ‘Royal Mail (Signed For)’ as your shipping method. If you do not, your order will be posted as standard 1st Class, and will have no associated reference/tracking number.

We're very sorry for any delays in receiving your orders. Please allow at least 7 working days for your order to arrive and try to bear with us as we operate as best we can with the ongoing Royal Mail issues. We'll try to provide the best service possible amidst the current ongoing industrial action.
